ちょっと調整したらできるかなと考えてましたが、結局一から作りました。
浅はかでした。
雰囲気は同じように出来上がってますので、絵柄の差は出ないかと思います。
男性版と同様に大きいです。

スケール19でもいいかもしれません。お好みの頭身に合わせて調整してください。
以下、使用例です。
5分、10分で白紙の状態から顔ができるので時短になります。
下書きまでが地味に時間かかるんですよね。
ツリ目すぎず、タレ目すぎず、中間を意識したので、顔の描き分けもできるかと思います。
男性の頭部モデルよりも頭髪に厚みをもたせると、より女性っぽくなります。
