Attention! This brush is part of a small set of brushes. This one is for free but if you like it, please consider buying the set. It's only 10 Clippy~ o/
How to use:
1. Draw a picture duh.
2. On a new layer, select a light color that matches your picture and add a few sparkles. (ALL THE SPARKLES)
3. Set the layer to Add(Glow).
4. Erase some parts of the glow. If you feel you want a stronger glow (YES PLZ), dublicate the layer.
