This is a sparkle brush for finishing special effects on your illustration. It is pretty basic and straightforward.
I created this for personal use but decided to publish it as a material in case anyone else would be interested in it. This is my sparkle brush.
Here is a swatch:
The inside of the sparkles are transparent as you use the brush. Adjust the particle size to your liking.
If you'd like, you can fill the inside with white or whatever colour to make the sparkles more opaque.
You can also use a clipping mask to colour the sparkles to your liking and add interest to your illustration.
