There are four types of walls with a length of 10m and a height difference. You can create a room to assemble.
You can make a small room and a large room by moving the position of the wall. You can choose to display or hide the width tree.
240cm is used in many Japanese houses, apartments and common house rooms.
260cm are used in general homes and condominiums.
280cm're used to the ceiling-raising room.
300cm is used in schools and offices.
By the way, the 8 tatami room which is movable of another material makes the height of the wall with 260cm.
I think there is an exception, but please try to refer.

ちなみに、別素材の可動する部屋8畳は壁の高さを260cmで作っています。
