Skin Tone's studied from paintings in museums. Some are applicable to different lighting(warm/cool) so use them with that in mind.
All skin tones shown here. Yellow values are used for forehead, pinkish values used for cheeks/nose, and blue tones used for chin/jaw. I hope these help somewhat.
