A brush I did for myself and thought I'd share
It's a brush I made because I spend too much time connecting the lines of each hair strand.
This is how I use it:

Turn on the border effect (on layer settings) and adjust the settings as you like
Do some details
Do some shading with a brush that you like (I used this one: 1706893)
And add some highlights (brush used: 1809931)
And that's it, hope it's useful!
