An auto action for a glow effect on the whole image! I tried to make some examples in different styles so you can see what it does:
It applies to one layer, so you need to merge all your layers first or export what you want to change as a .png or .jpg. The final result is also on its own layer above your original drawing, so you can erase parts you don't like. I like to erase the darker parts for clarity!
