Comic Screentone Watery brush for Shojo-like rainfall
This is a rainy brush that is reminiscent of delicate rainfall found in shojo manga.
Add tone in the layers property, as this is a watery based brush.
Use WHITE as your main color, but other colors are available too!
NOTE: These brushes work best on their own layers.
Here is how I use it:
You can also make heavy rainfall with these three steps.
1) Use a dark color for the brush
2) Use TONE in the layers panel.
3) Reduce to 50% opacity (depending on how heavy the rain is!)
