レイヤーの使い方を工夫することで自由度が上がるので以下もぜひ試してみてください。

表現色グレーのベクターレイヤーに黒で0.1くらいの細めのフチ効果をつけてください。
そこに絞り出しクッキーを描いていきます。たくさん描いてもベクターなので
オブジェクトツールで選択して巻きを修正したり、移動・変形ができます。
選択した状態で、同レイヤー上で【Ctrl+X】→【Ctrl+V】することでそのオブジェクトを最前面にもってくることができます。

［表示］→［ベクター中心線表示］　でオレンジ色の線を表示しました。これがストロークの軌跡です。

【1】のベクターレイヤーをラスタライズした後、レイヤー表現色をモノクロに変更すると［色の閾値］と［アルファの閾値］が出て来ます。
色の閾値のバーを右に動かすと内側の細い線が太くなり、左に動かすと飛ばせます。
アルファの閾値を右に動かすと輪郭線が細くなり、左に動かすと太くなります。
ちょうどいいところに調整してください。クリームの絞り終わりが飛びがちなので必要なら描き足してください。

サブツール詳細のブラシ先端タブで［厚さ］と［向き］を変えることで幅やパース感（？）を変えられます。
デコレーションケーキの側面の飾りなども描けると思います。ギリ赤福にも見えるかもしれない…

同系色でメインカラーを濃く、サブカラーを薄く設定することでいちごソフトやチョコソフトが描けます。
