Simply use as you would any other image material.
If you would like to change the color:
- Arrange the material how you want
- Make it a Raster Layer
- Go to Edit > Convert brightness to opacity. This will give you just the black lines.
- Go to L ayer > Layer Settings > Lock Transparent Pixels (or simply click the Lock Transparent Pixels button in the layer window)
- Choose your new color
- Fill new color in
If you wish to change the background color, simply do all of the above and color the new background color in a layer underneath it!
