There are 5 types of buckles: judge, ranger, farmer, clip, and a fancy rounded rectangle one (I couldn't find another name XP)
The buckle outline can be any color, and since it is just the lineart, you can color it any way you want. I suggest using the brush on a new layer, then moving the desired buckle to however you need it, then adding it to the other layer. Have fun!
