Straight line tool, modified to create quickly straight lines! I hope it is helpful! ^^
- change GAP to have more or less lines. More lines, less is the distance.
- check RANDOM to create casual distance
- CTRL+T (or go to Edit > Transform > scale ) and deselect "Keep aspect ratio" to transform the lines
