A Brush for when you want straight lines on a rough surface! I usually use them for lines painted on roads, but they'd also be good for on concrete buildings or for signs painted on rough surfaces!
For representing lines on rough surfaces. I use this brush mostly for lines on asphalt, like on roads or parking lots. Could also be used for any kind of paint on rough surfaces - though if you're doing a big block of paint you might be better off using a texture overlayed on top.
I use the brush with shift to make straight lines. Brush sensitivity is on automatically - if you want to draw curves I recommend turning it off.
Its best used with the transform tool to put it into perspective. Usually you'll start with this:
