①好みの数字フォントを打ち
②白地に黒でフチ取り
③ラスタライズ・「編集」の「輝度を透明度に変換」
④レイヤー変換でベクターレイヤーに変更
⑤オブジェクトツールのブラシ形状でちょっとざらっとした書き味に変更
⑥導火線などを書き足す
もっと楽なやり方あるかもしれませんが、フォントを手書き風にするのに便利です。でも数字2個くらいなら手で描いた方が早いかも……
