It is a self-made brush that i've been using throughout the series about 48 episodes of webtoons. It's made by angle, so please use it to your heart's content.
There are two versions: color plate and line drawing.
Both brushes are recommended for use in raster layers.
Colored chains can be added to the highlight using additional light emitting or screens for a more convincing look.
