ネオン効果を使用する際
ぼかしたい色をメインカラーに設定しておくと自動でその色でぼかしてくれるので便利です。
色調補正レイヤーがついているので、お好みの色に調整してください。
おすすめの使い方
・元のレイヤーに境界効果をつける！
おすすめの設定です。お好みでいじってください。
・線画や文字レイヤーの彩度を低めにして、
ぼかす方（メインカラーに設定する）を彩度高めにする。
