描画色・背景色を変えたもの、それに色を塗ったものなど、
てんこもりにしてまとめてみました。

花を重ねる都合と、線の調整の都合で複数レイヤーに描いて重ねています。
描きたいレイヤーのレイヤープロパティから「モノクロ→グレー」にし、
ブラシのサブツール詳細の「アンチエイリアス」を入れて何か描いてから、
またレイヤープロパティから「グレー→モノクロ」と戻します。
それらの数字を上下して、ブラシ線をいい感じに太くしてみてください。

ブラシサイズの大きさ別にレイヤーをわけて、
それぞれのサイズでいい感じな線になるよう調整してみてくださいね。
花の出具合やランダム加減などなど、
上部メニュー「編集」→「輝度を透明度に変換」をやってください。
これをやると、レイヤーまるごと線画だけになります。
（そのあと、また上から描き足すと、白下地入りブラシで、描き重なります）
