An Auto Action that takes a Frame Border folder, and creates a hand drawn looking outline from it, with slightly rounded corners and uneven panel edges. This is to get away from the mechanical look of the built in panel borders.
It also creates a selection layer, you can use to mask out the area of the panel borders.
Unfortunately, I didn't find a way to convert the hand drawn looking Vector Layer that it creates back into a Frame Border folder, which would have been ideal.
