It is a set of pop feeling of the bokeh brush.
After the use example is drawn suitably, the simple thing only piled up the layer in the dodge (emission).
The extra is a shiny brush with a hanging hand drawn.
The sample is layered by blurring the drawn duplicate layer.
Because I made it, I put it with great pains.
It may be difficult to use, but if you want to use it.

使用例は適当に描きこんだ後、レイヤーを覆い焼き（発光）で重ねただけのお手軽なもの。
おまけはがっつり手描きのピカピカブラシです。
見本では描画したレイヤーを複製したものをぼかして重ねてあります。
せっかく作ったので入れてみました。
使いどころが難しいかもしれませんが、よかったら使ってみてください。
