It is a brush with a border of watercolor and a texture.
I have a spot texture.
Rather than the selected drawing color, it will be much thinner, so you can adjust the combine mode of the layer you want to use.

斑な質感がでます。
選択した描画色より、かなり薄めのぬりになりますので、使用するレイヤーの合成モードを＜乗算＞にするなどして調整願います。
It is a feeling similar to the bundled "HK dimly spotted watercolor", but [paper] has border of watercolor in a different type.
It is drawn in a mottled texture & thinner than the selected drawing color and less opaque (transparent).
The watercolor brush of other vague system that was bundled also I tried to side by comparison.
同梱の「ＨＫぼんやり斑水彩」と似たような感じですが、「紙質」が別のタイプで水彩境界がついています。
選択した描画色よりも薄く&不透明度が低く（透過する）まだらな質感で描画されます。
