A .ttf file with a Roman font. Currently, it includes half-width alphanumeric characters, hiragana-full-width katakana, and some symbols and kanji. Please refer to the image of the explanation and use example of which the character is contained. The same thing I have distributed on the site http://material.animehack.jp/font_groundbold.html.
