This is a brush that looks like the ball blur made from the airbrush spray.
Combine mode layer, "dodge emission", "addition light" is recommended.
In addition, the color of the dark in the "Light emitting" mode is piled up and it shines when the opacity is adjusted.
It shines too much, and the color is shining white, and if it is used for the window which wants to make use of it, it is seen, and it is full of light "glitter effect".
Please use it if you want.

レイヤー合成モードは「覆い焼き発光」「加算発光」がおすすめです。
その上にさらに「発光」モードで濃いめの色を重ねて、不透明度を調節するときれいに光ります。
あまり重ねると、光りすぎて白く色がとんだりしてしまいますが、それを生かして明るく見せたい窓際などに使えば光あふれる「キラキラ効果」にみえます。
