To produce a light emission, duplicate layer it is drawn, the combine mode of the layer overlapping is "addition (light emitting)" and "overlay (Light Emitting)". (If you blur the layer on top of it, it will be a soft light.) ）
Brush strokes can be set in the tool property palette.

発光している演出をするには、描画したレイヤーを複製し、上に重なるレイヤーの合成モードを「加算(発光)」や「オーバレイ（発光）」にします。（上に重ねる方のレイヤーにぼかしをかけるとやわらかな発光になります。）
ブラシのストロークは、[ツールプロパティ]パレットで設定できます。
さらに詳細な設定をしたい場合は、
