The duplicate layer you are selecting makes it a subtraction layer, and unsharp mask to make a difference.
The lines are condensed with a unsharp mask of 255 at the end.
Maybe there is a way to extract more neatly. Please publish it by all means if done.
選択中のレイヤーを複製しそれを減算レイヤーにし、アンシャープマスクをかけて差を作っています。
最後に255のアンシャープマスクをかけて線を濃くしています。
多分もっと綺麗に抽出する方法があると思います。出来たら是非公開してください。
