I think it would be easier to see which line is which layer.
Eventually you could change it in settings and write it out,
If you can run the command to initialize the original palette + back to the layer color so that it is good.

正直何処で役に立つかと言われると困るが、
どの線がどのレイヤーかとかいうのが見やすくなるんじゃないかと。
最終的には設定で変更して書き出すか、
初期化のコマンドを実行して頂けたら元のパレット＋レイヤーカラーに戻るのでそれで良いんじゃないかと。
