It is an image of the fluffy bubble system of a well type. By toning, you can use it as a tone of the black and white manuscript. Because the original pattern size is approximately A4 size, the pattern is large.
The CLIP STUDIO is "tiling: repeatedly and vertically" for seamless, so you can adjust the location and size to fit the scene.
If you change the layer color sub color in layer property, you can use it like a color tone.
