The files combined were 206 KB and had 2534 vertices.
The files should be available in the Downloads tab, after which they can be dragged onto the canvas.
The main file should contain a folder with both models, which can be fully separated if need be. They should look like this in Clip Studio Paint:

For the easiest time posing, I recommend attaching both models to the 3D character’s head, and then adjusting the fit of the models as needed:
