Played around with a few brush tips and made a few noisy textures. 
 
For those using Microsoft Translate:
  1. Dense Noise Generator
  2. Mild Noise Generator
  3. Light Noise Generator
  4. Mild Noise Generator 2

I like them best in black & white for comic backgrounds, but you can change the brush color to whatever you want :D

 
Update: Added 6 more brushes after experimenting with brush tip shapes!  Feel free to turn Density pressure & anti-aliasing off or on :o
