How to Access & Use Them
* Default Sub-Tools:
* Select the Balloon Tool (T hotkey).
* Choose Rounded Balloon or Ellipse Balloon from the Sub Tool palette.
* Drag on the canvas to draw, then add a tail using the Balloon Tail sub-tool.
* From CLIP STUDIO ASSETS:
* Open the Material Palette or visit the CLIP STUDIO ASSETS store.
* Search for keywords like "rounded speech bubble", "rounded balloon", or "ふきだし" (Japanese for speech bubble).
* Drag downloaded balloon materials directly onto your canvas.
