It is a brush for drawing the phenomenon "fairy ring" (fairy circle), in which mushrooms grow in a ring in parks, etc. 公園などにキノコが環状に生える現象「フェアリーリング」（妖精の輪）を描くためのブラシです。
Pen pressure detection changes the size of the mushroom.
Adjust the density of mushrooms at intervals → strokes → tool details.
If you cover the base of the mushroom with a grass brush or a brush of dead leaves, it will look even more like it.
