I couldn't find any stripe brushes that were what I wanted for feathers, so I made my own. The brush is quite multipurpose and can be used to mark out feathers too!
The brush is color locked to gold, but you can easily recolor it to your desires by just making a clipping layer, convert to drawing color : CRTL + H, or locking transparent pixels. You can also just edit the brush too!
