A brush that has about 100 strawberries in various positions all drawn by hand. Good for strawberry fields or something similar! They are unshaded, but some quick shading can add a lot to them!!
You can use it more like a stamp and adjust the spacing. You should be able to click through separate ones as you place it.
You can also change it to be a spray/particle brush if that works better for your needs.
