A stylized cartoon head.
I sculpted this face in blender for my own use but thought there might be others with a similar style who'd find it useful! This is just the 3D head model, the example shown has the head attached to a Clip Studio default body with customized proportions.

To use Shep's Head with a body, either customize one of the Clip Studio default bodies to your liking and shrink its head just enough that this one can be placed overtop or download a headless body you like from the asset store. Attach as shown in the image above and adjust scale/placement.
