"Bark Pen" is for defining the shape of the tree bark.
The brush behaves differently at different angles. Please adjust the angle in order
to get the direction you want.
Other three brushes under "Smoothing Brushes" are for cleaning up the rough lines cast by the Bark Pen. In order to apply more depth, please use the lines made by the Bark Pen as points of reference for where to shade.
