You can adjust the brush size for lineart and shading.
Optionally, you can click to specify the brush size by the size on screen which can help with shading.
I recommend color filling with a different brush or the fill bucket for an easier drawing process.
I feel that the brush works well for hair and small details. I like to use it for sketches.
