You can use this material with Clip Studio Paint Ver.5.0.0 and newer. ( Get the latest version )

a convenient pose for all your right-hand-holding-a-fan needs! (meant to work with CSP's default fan asset)

heads up the positioning of the fingers at the palm-side of the hand is a bit janky, buuuut as long as you're drawing a pose where the audience only sees the back or side of the hand, this pose should work. if you are drawing an angle where the jank is visible, you can adjust the fan's positioning as needed to fit.

if you need help getting your fan into the correct position (at least for the poses in my preview screenshots) with your hand:
1. select your hand in the Object List

2. while the hand is selected, go into the Transform menu, and adjust your values so your hand has these properties:
Object Scale: everything is 100%
Position: everything is 0.0
Rotation:
X: -0.6
Y: -6.5
Z: -78.9

3. import your DEFAULT CSP FAN (everyone has it, you should be able to find it in All Materials > 3D > Small Object > Tool) into the scene. feel free to use other fan models if you have any, but you'll have to adjust the hand and the positioning yourself if you do.

4. while your default fan is selected, go into the Transform menu again, and adjust your values so your fan has these proprties:
Object Scale: everything is 125.1%
Position:
X: -0.8
Y: 5.7
Z: -2.7
Rotation:
X: 6.5
Y: 0.7
Z: 79.0

5. go back to Object List, and drag your fan so its nested as part of your hand - now you can move your hand around, and your fan should automatically follow!

6. i'd recommend saving the hand and fan combo as their own NEW image material after you finish setting this up! then in the future, you can add that new combined material onto whatever other 3d models you're posing in the future, without having to do all this set up again! :D
