A brush that emulates a dry streaky highlighter, maybe one you left in your pencil case with the cap not snapped all the way on
Tips:
-Works better at bigger sizes
-Colors can be layered for rich color
-Turn watercolor edge on/off for more or less cohesiveness (see image)
This is my first brush so apologies if its not perfect, just trying it out
