It is a 3D ruffled headband with a short base. 土台部分が短いフリルカチューシャの3Dです。
I want to shorten the time as much as possible to erase the part that covers my ears→ it's okay to keep it short! This is the maid's headband that I started making at Part 1.
I think it would be good to shorten or adjust the width. If you can use it, please do.
