This is a balloon brush (speech bubble pen) created to express voice through microphones such as telephones, radios, and announcements. I wanted a Balinese cousin, so I made it by force. 電話、無線、アナウンスなどのマイクを通した音声を表現するため作成したフキダシブラシ（吹き出しペン）です。バリのとこが欲しかったので無理矢理作りました。
I made it for myself, so it may be peculiar and difficult to use, but I will publish it because I think that maybe some people will be saved.

If you make corner pointed, unintended thorns will appear, so the corners are slightly rounded.
Also, the burrs may not be in a good position, so you may need to make adjustments.
