Ok, joking aside, you can use it as a paper background for your sketches, it should be seamless but I don't think it will be needed, since its a A4 (21x29.7 cm) and 350 dpi.
You can also add this texture to your brushes, for the best results, be sure both the background texture and the brush texture are a the same size.
