An auto action I use for putting in the last touches of an artwork.
Update: I accidently left the layer at 100% when making the auto action so I added a new option for both 100% and leaving it at 45% if you don't want the effect to be too intense, my apologies.
How it works is by it duplicating the layer you are currently clicked on, adds in gaussian blur, and makes the copy be soft light. Then it merges back to the original artwork.
Note: (If you clicked on a folder it will duplicate and merge everything in it.) It will merge with the original artwork so if you wish to keep the original you need to duplicate it in order to keep what you want unchanged.
