This is a Font.ttf file for Win. Mac use is unconfirmed.
Since you can put it in the system, you can use anything such as CLIP STUDIO, Excel, Word, New Year's card software, etc.
You can throw the downloaded file [C,zacfont_P.ttf] into your system or install it with a click if it's a recent win.
uninstall when you no longer need it.
