Drawing on monochrome, 600dpi, A4 size canvas.
Since it is a vector layer correct line width you can thicken or thin the lines with the tool.
The layers are separated, so you can combine, rasterize, and remove the ruler as you like!
The concentric circle ruler was added later, so it may be a little off.

ベクターレイヤーなので線幅修正ツールで線を太くしたり細らせたりできます。
レイヤーを分けていますので、結合やラスタライズ、定規の削除をお好みで！
同心円定規はあとからつけたので少しずれてるかも。
