It is a brush that seems to go well with Japanese style and Japanese paper.
It is a dark background promotion rather than a light background ❀
If you copy the drawn layer and make it a dodge luminous layer, you will get a gorgeous atmosphere.

Please adjust the color and specifications to your liking❀
* The trick is to increase the brightness of the lower layer and make it yellow with low saturation,
I think it's a good idea to make the copied layer above dodge (light emission) and adjust the saturation.
It's a little difficult to set the color of the brush,
If you draw with the selected color, the color will look like it is mixed with the background color.
If you choose a background color, it seems to be depicted with the color as it is.
I think you can tonal correction it later.
By putting some colors on or processing, it will look like this.

うすい背景よりも、濃い背景推進です❀
描写したレイヤーをコピーし、覆い焼き発光レイヤーにするとパッと華やかに雰囲気でます。

色や仕様は、お好みで調整してください❀
※コツは、下レイヤーを明度高め、彩度低めのイエローにし、
コピーした上のレイヤーを覆い焼き(発光)にし彩度調整するのがいいと思います。
ブラシのカラー設定がちょっと難しいのですが、
選択色で描くと、背景色と混ざったような色になります。
背景色を選択した場合は、そのままの色味で描写されるようです。
あとから、色調補正してもいいかと思います。
一部色をのせたり加工で、こんな感じにもなります。
