This is my personal Workspace molded to fit my wide monitor (2560 x 1080).
However, it can be molded to fit a regular/smaller screen.
I often use lot's of options when drawing, and to make it more accessible, i made ton's of shortcuts on my Command Bar (Right Click on Command Bar -> Command Bar Settings) and compacted windows.
On the print you can have a perception of how wide my monitor is, so i abuse this to fit my tool windows and stretch them. But this workspace can be easily molded to a regular/smaller screen only by changing the width of the pallete dock.

I removed the Navigator for more room for the layers, since i create a new window of my art to have a general better vision.
