A pose for moments someone can’t believe what they’re seeing or hearing. I would use it for yelling “what have you done!?” or “why are you doing this!?”, finding out someone flooded the bathroom, seeing a friend they haven’t seen in years, etc.
For biggest impact I would point the outstretched hand toward whatever they’re reacting at.
