3.border effect ON
4. new raster layer creation
5.combine to layer below
6. Erase
7. Clear Selection

2.レイヤーから選択範囲を作成
3.境界効果ON
4.新規ラスターレイヤー作成
5.下のレイヤーに結合
6.消去
7.選択の解除
