Set the overlay texture at the top (about 50% opacity)
Set the boundary on the colored layer and use it while transferring to the normal layer.
I made the pencil while wondering if it would be like that even if I can't set the tilt, it won't look like that.

一番上にオーバーレイ用テクスチャを設定（不透明度50%くらい）
色塗りレイヤーに境界を設定してノーマルレイヤーにバシバシ転写しながら使います。
鉛筆は傾き設定ができないワンバイでもなんかそれっぽくならないかなあとか思いながら作ったものです。
