Creating a frame border is create frame way to specify mask area in the tool.
When creating a frame border, make sure that the how to add is set to the selected folder.
Create a frame border by dragging after changing to any brush size.
brush size = frame border line width.

コマ枠の作成はコマ作成ツールでマスク範囲を指定する方法です。
コマ枠の作成の際に、追加方法が選択中のフォルダに設定されていることを確認して、
任意のブラシサイズに変更後にドラッグでコマ枠を作成してください。
ブラシサイズ＝コマ枠線の太さになります。
