This was a very popular style in the late 90s-early 2000s for American action cartoons. I like it a lot too, so I made a brush based on it. :D
There are two brushes, but are the same at heart. Both are dynamic brushes that can make very fun lines, one just has tilt enabled. This is the tilt one:
It is slightly better at shading in large chunks of black.
This is the pressure version:
It is slightly better at thin hatching.
